Welcome to my blog! My name is Melanie. I'm a mom of two boys (ahem, young men). I enjoy learning all I can about health and nutrition. When I'm feeling down, I like to break out my crayons and drink chocolate milk out of a tiny carton. I love to talk, do crafts, bake, sew and save money. Whew! That's a lot of fun! teehee -- I just bought a DSLR camera this year and have had a ton of fun adding it to my list of fun things to do. It has been a great way to keep myself distracted from the ever impending empty nest syndrome.
